Intact has now introduced paperless options for accessing policy documents. This change will add convenience and flexibility when it comes to managing Intact policy’s quickly, and easily.
If you are currently holding an Intact policy with us and have provided us with a contact email, all policy documents and direct payment options will now be made available via the Jones Client Portal (www.jonesins.com/client-portal) and sent via email. If you have not made an email available to Jones, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org referencing your Client Code to request digital delivery.
Pink Slips, Final Notices, and any other Billing Related Notices will continue to be delivered via letter mail regardless.
