Rather than requesting an email be sent to you with your epinkslip, you can access up-to-date epinkslips in the My Documents section of your Client Portal. 

Visit, https://epinkslip.com/ for specific information on how to store your epinkslip on a mobile device, how to lock your screen, and other valuable tips.

Digital Wallets are standard on iPhones running iOS 6 or higher. You do not need to add any additional apps.

To Enable iPhone Screen Locking:

1. Turn on Guided Access by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Guided Access.
2. Select Passcode Settings, enter a passcode and enable Touch ID. On iPhone X, enable Face ID.
3. Tutorial instructions on your screen will tell you how to use Guided Access to lock your screen.

Digital Wallet capabilities are not currently built into the Android system. We recommend using Pass2U Wallet, available free in the Google Play store.

To Enable Screen Locking on Android:

1. Go to your phone’s settings and select Screen Pinning or Pin Windows. The location of this setting will depend on the model of phone you have and the version of Android you use. Possible locations are:
   • Settings > Security
   • Settings > Personal > Security
   • Settings > Security & Location
   • Settings > Lock Screen & Security
2. Turn on Screen Pinning/Pin Windows and turn on the option to require passcode/unlock pattern before unpinning.
3. Tutorial instructions on your screen will tell you how to use Screen Pinning/Pin Windows to lock your screen.

After logging in to the Jones Client Portal using the email address and password associated with your account:    

a. Credit Card through Carrier Portal* 

1. Go to "Payments".
2. Click on the Policy you are attempting to make a payment with.
3. Click the "Make Payment" button found on the right hand side of your screen.
4. You will then be redirected to your Insurance Carrier's Portal.
5. Follow your Insurance Carrier's steps in order to complete your payment.

*If your Billing Statement provides an option to pay your Insurance Carrier directly you can do so through our Portal 

b. e-Transfer through Jones Client Portal

c. Traditional (at till) procedures - mailbox drop-off, mail cheque

Payments can be dropped off during business hours in the form of a cheque to our locked drop box at our office location on 521 Memorial Ave. Simply call us at 343-9444 to notify us and we will retrieve your payment, process and provide confirmation.

1. Go to "My Documents".
2. Click on the Pink Slip that you would like to share.
3. Click the ellipses (...) in the top right corner of your screen, and select "Share" from the dropdown menu.
4. This will open up your native (or installed) mail app where you can then send your ePinkslip to your desired email address.

After logging in to the Jones Client Portal using the email address and password associated with your account:

1. Click your avatar in the top right hand corner of your screen, and select "Users" from the dropdown menu.
2. Click "+ Add User".
3. With regards to the user you are adding - fill out the required fields: First name, Last name, Email address, and select "Add".
4. The user you are adding will then receive an email prompting them to create their account.
