The Jones Client Portal is a self-service tool that you can use from your desktop or smart device. It is designed to give you access to your personal insurance information at any time, day or night. You can now digitally and securely:
- view electronic pink slips (e-pink slips)
- request policy changes
- file insurance claims
- make a payment
- and much more!

Connecting to the Client Portal is easy as...
1. Sign in here or use the Client Login button at the top right
2. Enter the e-mail address we have on file for you. Forgot which email?
3. Open the confirmation e-mail that's sent to you
And you're in! You can now log in anytime. Don't forget to add us to your safe sender list!
