When my father started Jones & Associates Insurance in 1984, he pledged that this company would always devote itself to being a client-first organization; Doing right by clients by advocating on their behalf.

Most of our clients prefer to have a face-to-face conversation with our brokers to discuss their policy’s coverage.
Our brokerage encourages you to communicate and correspond in the most comfortable means possible that fits your busy lifestyle, whether it is by telephone, email, social media or text.
We can also accommodate your schedule and make house calls or book after hour appointments.
In the event that you have to make a claim, we are here to ensure that you receive fair service and prompt settlement; getting you back to normal-fast! In the event of a dispute, your broker will act as your advocate in dealings with the insurance company.
